What is Membrane Wrap Hydro?
Membrane Wrap Hydro is a pre-hydrated, dual-layer human tissue allograft derived from the amniotic membrane. It serves as a natural barrier and protective covering for wounds. This minimally manipulated allograft preserves the native properties of the tissue while complying fully with FDA regulations, supporting an optimal healing environment.
Application
Membrane Wrap Hydro is supplied hydrated and ready for immediate use. Remove the graft from its packaging and gently place it over the prepared wound site, ensuring full coverage. If needed, the graft can be trimmed to fit the wound dimensions with sterile scissors. Secure the allograft in place using sutures, staples, or tissue adhesives as appropriate. Maintain a moist wound environment with a secondary dressing and monitor healing progress regularly. Use the graft promptly after opening to ensure maximum efficacy.
