What is AmnioCore?
AmnioCore is a dual-layer amniotic tissue allograft providing a safe, natural barrier with essential growth factors on a structural protein matrix. Using a proprietary process, it thoroughly disinfects and decellularizes tissue while preserving beneficial growth factors. This ensures large, high-quality grafts with reliable supply and excellent handling properties.
Application
In its dry state, the allograft can be cut to the desired size with sharp scissors. Place the allograft on the site, then hydrate it with sterile saline solution while it is in position. Secure the AmnioCore allograft using suture material (absorbable or non-absorbable) or tissue adhesives if needed. Use the graft within 1 hour of reconstitution.
