What is PelloGraft?
PelloGraft® is a dual layer placental allograft derived from amnion and chorion membranes. These avascular membranes provide a natural, protective barrier that supports the healing cascade while promoting tissue adherence and reducing complications in wound care. With enhanced handling properties and a long five-year shelf life, PelloGraft® is an effective solution for managing chronic, non-healing ulcers such as diabetic, pressure, and venous ulcers.
Application
PelloGraft® is supplied in a dry state and can be trimmed to fit the wound using sterile scissors. Place the graft carefully over the prepared wound bed, then hydrate it in place with sterile saline to activate its biological properties. Secure the allograft using sutures, staples, or tissue adhesives as needed. For optimal performance, use the graft within one hour of hydration to ensure maximum healing benefits and protection throughout the wound management process.
