SurGraft FT® Info & Applications

What is SurGraft FT?

SurGraft FT® is a full-thickness placental allograft designed to support healing and tissue regeneration. It retains the intermediary layer between the amnion and chorion, enhancing strength and handling while preserving the natural extracellular matrix. This allograft acts as a biological barrier, helping to manage chronic wounds such as diabetic ulcers, pressure ulcers, and venous ulcers by reducing complications and promoting the healing cascade. SurGraft FT® is shelf-stable for up to five years and is processed to meet FDA cGTP and AATB standards for safety and performance.

Application

SurGraft FT® can be trimmed dry to match the wound dimensions using sterile scissors. Once positioned on the clean wound site, hydrate the graft in place with sterile saline solution to activate the tissue. Secure the allograft with sutures, staples, or surgical adhesives as needed for optimal placement. For best results, apply the graft within one hour after hydration to preserve the biological components that support healing.
